Terms and Conditions

Last updated: October 3, 2026

Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your access to and use of the website at digit.software (the "Website"). Digit Software is operated by Digit Web Solutions LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Digit," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website. If you use the Website on behalf of a company or other organization, these Terms also apply to that organization's use.

About the Website

The Website provides general information about Digit Software, its technology, its businesses, and related activities. It is an informational website. It does not offer accounts, subscriptions, online purchases, or software downloads, and nothing is sold through it.

Any product, service, partnership, or other business arrangement with Digit is governed by a separate written agreement, not by these Terms.

No Offer or Professional Advice

Information on the Website is provided for general informational purposes. It is not an offer to sell or provide any product or service, an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security or other investment, or a commitment to enter into any agreement. It is not legal, financial, investment, tax, or other professional advice, and it should not be relied on in place of advice from a qualified professional.

Descriptions of our technology, businesses, and plans reflect our understanding and intentions when they were written. They may change as our work develops and are not guarantees of future results or performance. Illustrations, diagrams, interface examples, and sample records on the Website are illustrative. They do not show live company data or actual results.

Intellectual Property

The Website and its content, including the Digit and Digit Software names and logos, the site design, text, graphics, illustrations, diagrams, interface designs, code, and other original materials, are owned by Digit or used with permission. They are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Third-party names, marks, typefaces, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners and are used under their own licenses. Except for the limited permission described below, these Terms do not grant you any right, title, or license to the Website or its content, or any right to use Digit's names, logos, or other marks without our prior written permission.

Permitted Use

You may view, browse, and print pages of the Website and share links to it for your own personal or internal business purposes. You may quote brief portions of the Website with attribution to Digit, as long as you do not change their meaning or suggest that Digit endorses you, your products, or your services.

You agree not to:

  • use the Website in any way that is unlawful or that infringes the rights of others;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, the systems that host it, or any related accounts or networks;
  • interfere with or disrupt the Website, including by introducing malicious code or placing an unreasonable load on it;
  • use automated tools to access the Website in a way that degrades its performance or availability, or to copy substantial portions of its content for republication;
  • copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Website's design, text, graphics, or code, except as these Terms allow or the law permits; or
  • present the Website or any part of it as your own, or use it in a way that misrepresents your relationship with Digit.

Ordinary search engine indexing and the use of accessibility tools are not restricted by these Terms.

Accuracy and Changes

We work to keep the Website accurate and current, but its information may be incomplete, may contain errors, or may become out of date. We may change, update, or remove content at any time without notice, and we are not obligated to update information that was accurate when it was published.

Third-Party Links

The Website may contain links to websites or resources operated by others. These links are provided for convenience. We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy, or practices, including their privacy practices. A link does not mean that we endorse the third party, and your use of a third-party website is subject to its own terms and policies.

Availability

We aim to keep the Website available, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, timely, or free of errors. The Website may be unavailable from time to time because of maintenance, updates, technical problems, or circumstances beyond our control, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of it at any time.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Website or its content will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, secure, or free of errors, viruses, or other harmful components.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers, so some of these disclaimers may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digit and its owners, managers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your access to or use of, or inability to use, the Website or its content, even if we have been told such damages are possible.

Because the Website is provided free of charge, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Website or these Terms will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

Indemnification

If you use the Website in violation of these Terms or applicable law, you agree, to the extent permitted by law, to indemnify and hold harmless Digit and its owners, managers, employees, and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, that arise from that violation.

Governing Law

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Website, are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of the place where you live requires otherwise.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms on this page and change the "Last updated" date at the top. Changes apply from the date they are posted, and if you continue to use the Website after an update, the updated Terms apply to that use.

General

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. If we do not enforce a provision, that is not a waiver of our right to do so later. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Digit about your use of the Website. They do not affect any separate written agreement you have with Digit.
